Advent International-led consortium to acquire Hoist Group from Accent Equity.

Consortium led by Advent International, a global private equity firm, to acquire Hoist Group, a hospitality partner for hotels and public operations. Financial terms are not disclosed. “With Advent by our side we will be able to step up a gear and diversify our offering further and faster; hotels will benefit immensely from our expansion.
