Banca Transilvania, a banking institution with headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, agreed to acquire Idea Bank Romania, a Romanian bank based in Bucharest, from Getin, a financial holding company, for €43m. „We are proud of what was achieved by our companies in Romania.
