Aquasourca and Aquiti Gestion completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Produits JOCK from Societe Generale Capital Partenaires.

Aquasourca, an independent private equity company in Luxembourg, and Aquiti Gestion, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Produits JOCK, a food production company, from Societe Generale Capital Partenaires, a private equity firm, and GSO Capital Partners, an investment management firm.
