S&T to acquire PSB IT-Service from Bechtle.

S&T, a technology group, agreed to acquire PSB IT-Service, an IT solutions provider, from Bechtle, an IT system house. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The cooperation with S&T in the area of Field Services gives us an excellent option to access an internationally represented network of specialists. This meets the expectations of many customers, complements our managed service offerings and at the same time offers PSB IT-Service employees the chance to be part of a much larger, successful field services community," Oliver Schmidt, Bechtle Head of Division Managed Services.
