Cotecna to acquire Shandong Baier Testing.

Cotecna, a provider of testing, inspection and certification services, agreed to acquire Shandong Baier Testing, a provider of food safety testing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to further extend our footprint in China and in food testing. Leveraging our combined strengths, Baier will help Cotecna to deliver a greater range of services to our customers, particularly in providing end-to-end supply chain assurance solutions," Sébastien Dannaud, Cotecna CEO.
