Aquiline Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in New York and London, completed the investment in SurePoint Technologies, a cloud provider of practice management solutions to law firms. ParkerGale rolled a portion of its equity stake and maintained minority ownership in the company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
