Acosta completed the acquisition of The Core Group to create a new business.

Acosta, a full-service sales, marketing and service company, completed the acquisition of The Core Group, a foodservice sales agency, to create a new business called Core Foodservice. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This new business will become one of the centerpieces in the Acosta family of companies. CORE Foodservice will complement and leverage Acosta’s industry-leading retail sales and marketing capabilities to provide our clients with a powerful suite of progressive brand-building solutions and exceptional service," Brian Wynne, Acosta CEO.
