Vista Outdoor to acquire Venor.

Vista Outdoor, a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer products in the outdoor sports and recreation markets, agreed to acquire Venor, a Minnesota-based hunt-inspired female apparel brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Venor lifestyle is anchored in adventure, community and empowering women to live their best outdoor lives.
