Maven completed the investment in Pagabo and Sypro.

Maven, a private equity and property manager, completed the investment in Pagabo, a provider of procurement services catering, and Sypro, a contract management and compliance software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting opportunity for Maven to back a high-growth business with significant visibility of future revenues in a dynamic marketplace.
