Juvasa to acquire Tapas & Envases Rioja.

Juvasa, a national leader in the manufacture and distribution of glass, agreed to acquire Tapas & Envases Rioja, a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of containers and packaging for the food industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This movement consolidates our role as an integral supplier of packaging and allows us to offer our customers a greater range for a sector as key as the food industry, as well as a greater logistics and packaging design capacity," Jesús Valle, Juvasa CEO.
