B. Riley-backed cm.shoes, a Hanover-based shoe firm, completed the acquisition of Vögele Shoes, a shoe brand, from CCC Group, a Polish shoes seller. Financial terms were not disclosed. The changes in the ownership of Karl Vögele are the result of the restructuring plans. This decision eventuates directly from the GO.22 strategy announced by CCC at the beginning of 2020, which established CCC's focus on the Central and Eastern Europe region.
