Transworld Systems completed the acquisition of Account Control Technology.

Transworld Systems, a technology-enabled provider of ARM solutions, completed its acquisition of Account Control Technology, debt recovery, ARM and business process outsourcing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of ACT Holdings will significantly increase our first party collections and customer care business and expand our healthcare revenue cycle management service offerings," Joe Laughlin, Transworld Systems CEO.
