Acuity Brands, a lighting and building management firm, completed the acquisition of North America Digital Systems business that develops and manufactures lighting components, from OSRAM, a company that offers innovative and sustainable lighting solutions. Financial terms are not disclosed. The acquisition of OSRAM’s LED drivers and team expands Acuity Brands capabilities and its advanced LED driver portfolio. Acuity Brands’ ownership will bring a strategic perspective and fit to the customers, employees and business overall.
