Sensio to acquire RoomMate.

Sensio, a software and electronics company, agreed to acquire RoomMate, a provider of digital surveillance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "RoomMate and Sensio now own their own algorithms for fall detection, and we are working hard to constantly expand these to new areas. We also envisage developing these algorithms further for preventive warning over the next few years. This is an exciting development," Johan Anstensrud, Sensio General Manager.
