Minsait completed the acquisition of Flat 101.

Minsait, a Spanish information technology company, completed its acquisition of Flat 101, a digital marketing and communications company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the incorporation of Flat 101, Minsait brings to the market a unique offer to help companies in the redesign, implementation and monitoring of their commercial strategy in a context of liquid channels where interactions flow between them and digital media they play a central role.
