Storskogen completed the acquisition of Jofrab TWS.

Storskogen, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Jofrab TWS, a wholesaler for the sports specialist retailer of bicycles, mopeds and electric bicycles. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very happy that we have Storskogen as an owner with everything it means to maintain our proven strategy and long-term ownership," Frederik Rudbäck, Jofrab TWS CEO.
