Roca Group to acquire Sanit from Aliaxis.

Roca Group, a company engaged in the design, production and marketing of products for the bathroom space, agreed to acquire Sanit, a firm specialised in sanitaryware installation systems, from Aliaxis, a manufacturer of plastic fluid handling solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Sanit is a fundamental step in our strategy of integrating products into complete bathroom solutions and incorporating high value-added technology into our product portfolio, thereby strengthening our global leadership," Albert Magrans, Roca Group CEO.
