Alro Holdings completed the acquisition of InProCoat Holding.

Alro Holdings, a company that specialises in coating of plastic and metal parts for the automotive sector, completed the acquisition of InProCoat Holding, a provider of high-quality protection of large steel and NF metal surfaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. Therefore, the complementarity of ALRO Group and InProCoat promises an interesting collaboration. Due to the cooperation with InProCoact, ALRO Group will now be able to offer flame-resistant coatings for electric vehicle batteries.
