Nextory completed the acquisition of Nubico from Planeta and Telefónica.

Nextory, a streaming service for audiobooks and ebooks, completed the acquisition of Nubico, a publishing agency, from Planeta, a producer and distributor of editorial, news, educational and entertainment contents, and Telefónica, a multinational telecommunications company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
