Armira-backed PflegeButler, an operator and provider of integrated senior care, completed the acquisition of Onesta Holding, a privately held German provider of care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Onesta facilitates an add-on acquisition to the recently signed acquisition of PflegeButler.
