Elaghmore-backed Total Vehicle Solutions to acquire Wilcox Commercial Vehicles.

Elaghmore-backed Total Vehicle Solutions, a firm engaged in commercial development of high-end, specialist manufacturing firms, agreed to acquire Wilcox Commercial Vehicles, a manufacturer of aluminum bodies for rigid and tipping trailers designed for commercial vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Wilcox brings another leading UK specialist manufacturing firm into TVS Group.
