Elaghmore-backed Total Vehicle Solutions, a firm engaged in commercial development of high-end, specialist manufacturing firms, agreed to acquire Wilcox Commercial Vehicles, a manufacturer of aluminum bodies for rigid and tipping trailers designed for commercial vehicles.
