Allianz, a firm that offers insurance and financial services, compleets the acquisition of Project Sea office complex from Meridia Capital, an alternative investment fund manager, for $214m. These are two office buildings totaling 27k sqm located at 213 Nova Icària avenue. Meridia is promoting them in a turnkey for the Everis consulting firm, which will enter the property after the summer.
