Gemini to acquire Shard X.

Gemini, a developer of a cryptocurrency exchange and custodian platform, agreed to acquire Shard X, a developer of secure multi-party computation cryptographic technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Integrating MPC technology into our wallets will enable secure and faster crypto transfers that will help our customers keep pace with liquidity needs and market demands," Tyler Winklevoss, Gemini CEO.
