Synopsis

D4DT, a data transformation software company and certified minority business, has acquired xtLytics, a health and life insurance data analytics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "D4DT has proven themselves as an innovative leader, and with the power of xtLytics technology they will be able to provide superior predictive analytics, data analysis, AI, and RPA to their customers," Chris Ishii, D4DT President and CEO.
