NVIDIA to acquire DeepMap.

NVIDIA agreed to acquire DeepMap, a California-based software company that develops high-definition maps for self-driving vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “DeepMap has a proven track record and are entrepreneurial, nimble and engineering-focused. DeepMap meets a deep need in the industry, and together we will develop and extend these capabilities,” Ali Kani, NVIDIA Vice President and General Manager of Automotive.
