Vision Healthcare to acquire Nutriment.

Vision Healthcare, a consumer healthcare company, agreed to acquire Nutriment, a distributor of vitamin and nutritional supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The exchange of knowledge in the consumer healthcare market will be very beneficial for both our companies. We remain committed to the business by reinvesting a portion of the proceeds into Vision Healthcare," Aleksander Storvestre, Nutriment CEO.
