Socadif, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Cyb Stores, a manufacturer and supplier of blinds for residential and commercial spaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Frédéric Sarah, my partner and I are extremely happy to start with our employees, who are financially involved in the project alongside Socadif Capital Investissement, a new 5-year adventure that will strengthen our leading position in the world of stores.
