Cornerstone Investment Management completed the acquisition of Greenyard Prepared Netherlands from Greenyard.

Cornerstone Investment Management, a private equity investment management business, completed the acquisition of Greenyard Prepared Netherlands, a company that preserves fruit, vegetables and mushrooms from Greenyard, a supplier of fresh, frozen and prepared fruit and vegetables. Financial terms were not disclosed. Greenyard is a global market leader in fresh, frozen and prepared fruit and vegetables, flowers and plants.
