Röko acquires a majority share of Les Deux ApS

Röko, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Les Deux, a designer and manufacturer of men's apparel. Financial terms were not disclosed. Les Deux is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, where the company employs 50 people engaged in design, sourcing, sales, and logistics. The company’s founders have led the business successfully for 10 years and will continue to do so while retaining significant ownership. Les Deux sells its products direct to consumers and through 700 stores across 20 countries in Europe.
