Jera Asset Management and Invesco Real Estate formed Mercury Trust.

Jera Asset Management, a national real estate investment firm, and Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, formed Mercury Trust, a strategic joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The newly formed Mercury Trust joint venture with Invesco Real Estate is a momentous occasion for all of us at Jera.
