Charterhouse Capital to invest in Telio.

Charterhouse Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in Telio, a developer, installer and operator of communications and media systems for correctional facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be partnering with Charterhouse as we embark on the next stage of Telio’s growth.
