Hipoges Iberia, a provider of asset management and investment services, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Axis, an independent distressed loan & asset advisory and special servicing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition is part of Hipoges Iberia's development plan in Italy.
