Apax Partners completed the acquisition of CyberGrants from Waud Capital Partners.

Apax Partners completed the acquisition of CyberGrants, a provider of Software-as-a-Service solutions for corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, and volunteer management, from private equity firm Waud Capital Partners.
