Evonik to acquire Infinitec Activos.

Synopsis

Evonik, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, agreed to acquire Infinitec Activos, a cosmetic delivery company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Proven active delivery systems offer great opportunities to innovate new cosmetic ingredients with scientifically proven claims. This allows our personal care customers to differentiate,” Yann d'Hervé, Evonik Head of Care Solutions Business.
