Nalka to acquire Uniwater from SEB Private Equity and LK Finans.

Nalka, a small-medium-sized businesses investor, to acquire Uniwater, a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions, from SEB Private Equity and LK Finans. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We are very happy that Nalka will be our new main owner.
