Thoma Bravo-backed Frontline Education completed the acquisition of Hayes Software Systems from Transition Capital Partners.

Thoma Bravo-backed Frontline Education, a provider of K-12 school administration software, completed the acquisition of Hayes Software Systems, a software firm, from Transition Capital Partners, a Southlake, TX based, family office. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled that Hayes has joined the Frontline Education team.
