Abry Partners-backed LINK Mobility to acquire Message Broadcast for $260m.

Abry Partners-backed LINK Mobility, a cloud communications platform, agreed to acquire Message Broadcast, a provider of mission-critical customer engagement solutions, for $260m. “We are very pleased to expand further in the US with Message Broadcast. Together with Soprano, LINK has now quickly gained a solid foothold in the US with a broad product offering and a large customer portfolio. The new US position will accelerate LINK’s organic growth and provide a platform for further acquisitions in a fast-growing and fragmented market," Guillaume Van Gaver, LINK CEO.
