Tenzing-backed Smoothwall, a developer of web filtering technologies and applications, completed the acquisition of eSafe Global, a provider of digital monitoring software for primary, secondary and higher education establishments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of eSafe is an important step in UK education as the need to protect children online becomes more and more critical.
