Lightsource BP completed the acquisition of the 703 MW photovoltaic portfolio from Grupo Jorge for c.€500m.

Lightsource BP, a solar developer, completed its acquisition of the 703 MW photovoltaic portfolio of Grupo Jorge, a meat producer, for c.€500m ($597m). This deal also builds on Lightsource BP’s growing presence in Aragon with around 1.1GW of projects at various stages of development or construction, as well as in operation.
