Zeitfracht to acquire Sauter Feinmechanik.

Zeitfracht, a logistics company, agreed to acquire Sauter Feinmechanik, a system supplier of machine tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Digitalisation is one of the challenges crucial to the success of both SAUTER Feinmechanik and the entire mechanical engineering sector that we will have to overcome in the coming years. Zeitfracht, with its many years of expertise in this area, will take us a big step forward.
