Infinity Laboratories to acquire AATL.

Infinity Laboratories, a provider of laboratory testing services intended for medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, agreed to acquire Advanced Analytical Testing Laboratories, a provider of contract testing facility. Financial terms were not disclosed. “On behalf of our entire organization, I am pleased to welcome AATL into the Infinity Laboratory Group family.
