GLB Genossenschaft completed the acquisition of Atmoshaus.

GLB Genossenschaft, a corporate group in the construction sector, completed the acquisition of Atmoshaus, a provider of multi-family houses and housing developments. Financial terms were not disclosed. The competencies of GLB and Atmoshaus are highly complementary and give customers of both companies access to additional high-quality services. In this way, we will be able to better support our customers in finding and realizing their own living space in the future.
