PeopleCert International, a provider of assessment and certification, completed the acquisition of AXELOS, a provider of methodologies used by professionals working primarily in project, programme and portfolio management, and IT and digitally enabled services, from Capita, a business process outsourcing company, and Cabinet Office, a department of the Government of the United Kingdom, for £380m ($525m).
