Infracapital Partners to acquire BCTN from Alinda Capital Partners.

Infracapital Partners, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G, agreed to acquire BCTN, the inland terminal operator in the Benelux, from Alinda Capital Partners, an investor in infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to acquire BCTN and help drive its future as a leading provider of sustainable and essential infrastructure solutions. Clean and efficient logistics will be increasingly important for industry in Belgium and the Netherlands, particularly as pressure builds on the road network.
