Lime Rock Partners-backed Rod and Tubing Services completed the merger with Amberjack Capital-backed Certus Energy Solutions.

Lime Rock Partners-backed Rod and Tubing Services, a provider of tubular and sucker rod inspection and integrity services, completed the merger with Amberjack Capital-backed Certus Energy Solutions, a provider of drill pipe inspection services, tubular thread technologies, and pipe and tool rental solutions.
