Nutreco, a provide of animal nutrition and aqua feed, and Olympic Investmentsled a $51m Series B funding round in Enough, a developer of mycoprotein designed to inspire new culinary creations. Additional investors include AXA IM, HAL Investments, Tailored Solutions, CPT Capital and Scottish Enterprise “ENOUGH is an exciting business with real potential to transform protein production.
