DNV to acquire Imatis.

DNV, an operator of quality assurance and risk management company, agreed to acquire Imatis, a developer of ICT platforms and tools for hospitals, community and home care. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Imatis is the first step in DNV’s ambitious expansion into the digital health market. The Norwegian e-health pioneer has a very compelling product portfolio and considerable growth potential. DNV will use its strong brand and global infrastructure to further grow DNV Imatis internationally, and introduce new products and services to the digital health sector,” Liv Hovem, DNV CEO of Accelerator.
