Lideta, a Swedish care company active in primary care, women's and children's health, mental health, and occupational health care, completed its acquisition of PRIMA, a provider of private psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PRIMA, like Lideta and the majority of Lideta's operations, is founded by general practitioners who have become entrepreneurs through their profession. The company has patients and employees in focus and its well-functioning care operations fit in well as independent units within Lideta.
