CNH Industrial completed the acquisition of Raven Industries for $2.1bn.

CNH Industrial, a company operating in the capital goods sector, completed the acquisition of Raven Industries, a precision agriculture technology company, for $2.1bn. “Raven has been a pioneer in precision agriculture for decades, and their deep product experience, customer-driven software expertise and engineering acumen offer a significant boost to our capabilities.
