Utimaco to acquire REALSEC.

Utimaco, a provider of IT security solutions, agreed to acquire REALSEC, an IT security company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both companies have known each other for a long time, and we have been impressed not only by the deep expertise and engagement of the REALSEC team, but also the strong commitment to care for its high-profile customers. Utimaco is pleased to expand significantly the presence in the Spanish-speaking markets with this step,” Stefan Auerbach, Utimaco CEO.
